How your reports make your link building suck
There is one surefire way to drive up rankings for specific keyword phrases: aggressive keyword focused anchored links. These are hard to get in a legitimate fashion. Just ask any good link builder how hard it is to get hundreds of perfectly anchored links to a subpage without an ounce of grayhat. Measuring success with only keyword specific ranking reports provides incentive for poor link building practices.

JC Penney Linking Scheme

In a piece of investigative journalism that harkens back to the good old days of hard-nosed reporting, the New York Times recently uncovered that JC Penney’s website was involved in a linking scheme of epic proportions. According to the article, there were over 2000 websites discovered that had absolutely nothing to do with JC Penney that had key phrases (such as “evening dresses” or “bedding” or “casual wear”) linking directly to Penney’s website. In some cases the phrases were even tacked on to the bottom of these seemingly random websites.

To make your profile look like the new profile. Follow the below Steps.
Step 1 à Visit http://on.fb.me/fRKSHX
Step 2 à Login to the Facebook website with your Facebook login details
Step 3 à Once logged in, click on top where it states “Get the New Profile” and there you go, you profile will now convert to the new profile setup.
If you wish to see what is included with your new profile, click on “Start Tour” on the top left hand side which will run you through a tour of your new profile.
The tour introduces you step by step what is included on your new profile page and it goes from your Bio, to your photos, then to your Navigation bar on the left hand side, then shows your Education and Work which is all your experiences and Finally to your Interests such as Arts or Entertainment or any books you like reading, basically anything that you have setup on your profile.
Congratulations Facebook, you have done it again, making it Simple and Unique.
